The Pointe at Panther Ridge

Welcome to our community website for The Pointe at Panther Ridge, a small deed restricted equestrian neighborhood with 5+Acre lot sizes.

Our location is approximately 15 minutes drive East from the I75 and only about 8 minutes drive from Lorraine Road with its strip mall boasting a Restaurant, a Publix, Dunkin Donuts, a Pizzeria and other nearby amenities such as 2 gas stations and a Walgreens.

Our members enjoy the tranquility of country style living, away from the hustle and bustle of it all while being close enough to commute to work, schools and shopping malls.

Several members own horses and can be seen riding the horses trails and enjoying the wonderful wildlife sights that this part of Florida offers. We have all manner of wildlife and sometimes you will be able to glimpse them on an evening stroll including deer, rabbits, chipmunks, squirrels, armadillos, turtles, raccoons, possums, Blue Jays, Sandhill Cranes and even the rare sight of the Florida Panther. We do have other more scary wildlife such as venomous snakes,alligators and spiders, which are also found in most other countryside areas of Florida. As always, if you leave these creatures alone and take common sense precautions then the chances of a negative encounter is slim.
